Our Policies Explained
To Our Valued Guests,
Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Amore Hair Salon. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All of our policies are designed to benefit our guests and are provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current clients supply credit card information to secure an appointment, which will be retained in your secured file. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you:
Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.
Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a 20% charge of the reserved service amount.
Failure to show up without a notification for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members' schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, we can only leave a message, so please understand that it is very important for you to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and a cancellation fee.
All service sales are final. We will gladly adjust any service within 3 business days of the original visit.
Please call as soon as possible to reschedule.
No cash refunds. In store credit only. We will exchange any unopened and unused hair care product within 1 week of purchase.
All makeup items are final sales. All health care items such as weight loss treatments, supplements, health drinks, and water bottles are final sales.
Amore Gift Cards / Certificates
Thank you for purchasing an Amore Hair Salon + Spa gift card for a loved one or friend.
Amore Gift Cards can be used towards any treatment or product.
Amore Gift Certificates never expire.
No cash refunds are given for our gift certificates or gift cards.
We gladly offer certificate transfers and credit toward all Amore services and products.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments to avoid any charges. Spa Packages will require a 48 hours notice.
Gift Cards cannot be reissued if lost or stolen.
Promotional /Fundraiser- Gift Cards / Certificates
Thank you for supporting your local community event. If you have received or won an auction item please be sure to book your spa experience as soon as possible. Promotional / Fundraiser Gift Cards are not purchased items; they have no cash value nor are they redeemable for cash; non-transferable. They are offered to non profit organizations as means of raising funds for a charitable cause.
Promotional / Fundraiser Gift Cards Expire and are within the guidelines with Maryland State Law of promotional/ fundraiser gift cards by laws.
We are excited to see you! When scheduling your appointment be sure to provide the gift card number and present proper documentation with your gift card at time of service.
Amore Spa Dollars
Are given out through promotional offers and have value for Spa Services and Products.
Spa dollars expire. 45 days from issue. Please pay close attention to dates on cards.
$5 $pa Dollar$ may be used on any regular priced $25 individual service or product .
$10 $pa Dollar$ may be used on any regular priced $50 individual service or product .
ONE $pa Dollar$ transaction Per individual Product or Service.
