Our Policies Explained
To Our Valued Guests,
Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Amore Hair Salon. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All of our policies are designed to benefit our guests and are provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.
Cancelation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current clients supply credit card information to secure an appointment, which will be retained in your secured file. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you:

Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a 20% charge of the reserved service amount.

No show- without a notification for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount
HOLIDAY CANCELATION POLICY NOVEMBER 22, 2021 - JAN 3, 2022

Notification given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges for appointments over 60 min. duration.

No show and Same day cancelation - with or without a notification for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members' schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
CONFIRMATION CALLS
As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, we can only leave a message, so please understand that it is very important for you to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and a cancellation fee.
Service Policy
All service sales are final. We will gladly adjust any service within 3 business days of the original visit.
Please call as soon as possible to reschedule.
Retail Policy
No cash refunds. In store credit only. We will exchange any unopened and unused hair care product within 1 week of purchase.
All makeup items are final sales. All health care items such as weight loss treatments, supplements, health drinks, and water bottles are final sales.
Amore Gift Cards / Certificates
Thank you for purchasing an Amore Hair Salon + Spa gift card for a loved one or friend.

Amore Gift Cards can be used towards any treatment or product.

Amore Gift Certificates never expire.

No cash refunds are given for our gift certificates or gift cards.

We gladly offer certificate transfers and credit toward all Amore services and products.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments to avoid any charges. Spa Packages will require a 48 hours notice.

Gift Cards cannot be reissued if lost or stolen.
Promotional /Fundraiser- Gift Cards / Certificates
Thank you for supporting your local community event. If you have received or won an auction item please be sure to book your spa experience as soon as possible. Promotional / Fundraiser Gift Cards are not purchased items; they have no cash value nor are they redeemable for cash; non-transferable. They are offered to non profit organizations as means of raising funds for a charitable cause.
Promotional / Fundraiser Gift Cards Expire and are within the guidelines with Maryland State Law of promotional/ fundraiser gift cards by laws.
We are excited to see you! When scheduling your appointment be sure to provide the gift card number and present proper documentation with your gift card at time of service.
Amore Spa Dollars
Are given out through promotional offers and have value for Spa Services and Products.
Spa dollars expire. 45 days from issue. Please pay close attention to dates on cards.
$5 $pa Dollar$ may be used on any regular priced $25 individual service or product .
$10 $pa Dollar$ may be used on any regular priced $50 individual service or product .
ONE $pa Dollar$ transaction Per individual Product or Service.

Hair Services offered at Amore Hair Salon are tier priced; Master/Junior Stylist or New Talent. This is based upon the experience of the stylist. Traditionally the master stylist prices are a 10-30% increase in price; that of a junior stylist or new talent. We ask all clients to consult with their stylist to get a better understanding of your personal hair care goals along with more accurate pricing.
All service prices are subject to change based upon length, technique, and style desired

Our Salon Guarantee
Thank you for choosing Amore Hair Salon + Spa. A thorough consultation will be given to each guest to obtain the desired hair design or color request. The consultation is the perfect time to express any concerns; whether it be the end result, cost of service or the maintenance of your look. Discuss your budget and expectations. We welcome inspirations from photos, however, we will be honest with you if its achievable or unrealistic. Please understand no two heads of hair are the same and inspirations are only visual guidelines. We will not guarantee the exact color or cut. Although we can replicate a variation of the style or color that interests you. The techniques and processes vary from person to person depending on a variety of facts. Such as condition of your hair, your hair history; whether it be chemically treated, previously colored hair, amount of gray hair present, tonal value present and density of your hair cuticle. Hair color that is balayage or ombre will require double processing; be sure to be financially prepared for your look. May run $150 - $300 depending on your length. We may recommend additional strengthening treatments with an additional cost; depending on the condition of your hair. Amore stresses the Importance of using professional hair care products to protect your investment. Over the counter products will strip your hair color and leave a residue which can dull or weigh down your style. After your consultation. You have entered into an agreement with your stylist by signing the consultation form that you agree to services rendered upon your request. Amore and Our Stylists are dedicated to 100% satisfaction with each and every one of our guest requests. If in the event you are unsatisfied, we welcome you back into the salon within three business days to make any adjustments necessary and to ensure your salon experience is a pleasant one. There may be additional cost as a continuation of the service provided, please discuss with your stylist the best options to maintain the overall health of your hair.
