Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need.
All Appointments that are 30 min-1 hour in length require a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee. Credit card details will be requested to secure all bookings.
All Appointments that are 1.30 - 2 +hour in length require a minimum of 48 hour notice; Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee.
NO CALL OR NO SHOW policy is 100% of services booked is due.
